As a Member of Parliament, Mike earned the confidence of colleagues across party lines. He contributed to the Standing Committee on Finance and played a key role in the all-party working group combatting human trafficking, work that continues to shape national policy today.

After elected office Mike brought his experience to the development sector, leading advocacy at every level of government in support of London’s economic growth.

A University of Guelph graduate with a double major in economics and political science, Mike lives in London with his wife. They are the parents of two adult daughters and grandparents to three.
